This game mode needs inovation if its going to be around

I chose to play League over Dota because League offered clarity in skillshots and visuals and it was more focused on pvp rather than denying farm and all that jazz i never cared about.

Now this "TFT" has absolutetly nothing to offer against its competitor which is "Dota Underlords" besides LoL toons to play with. Not only that but TFT actually manages to be worse in most aspects.

I haven't been able to play TFT yet but i watched some vids with people playing it and i already tried Underlords today while i was trying to get into the PBE to try TFT (ironic i know)

One thing i would like to see is being able to tell your toons how to battle or give instructions like "attack the left side first, or attack nobles first etc"

Though, im almost certain that this time Dota will come on top as the king of Autochess

I would settle for more rotating map themes. The map theme is so freaking stale. Just rotate christmas/halloween/other themes to keep the map fresh.

Giving units a tactic to follow would sure be nice, I would be happy already if the units did not stop attacking a 1% life target to start bashing on a 100% life target. They should really scan their surroundings for low hp enemies and stick to them instead of leaving a 1% Draven to attack for another 20 hits, even tho he could have been dead already.

Yea, giving ur units instructions would be nice, it would be even nicer if u could control them but then it's not an autobattler it's an RTS. For me it felt unlucky when my units were ignoring 100 HP Pyke for the whole duration of match while the Pyke killed my whole team but it felt so fking good when I had 2 units against Brand and while he was ulting my Lucian used a dash in a way that the ult didn't spread. In my opinion being unlucky feels not good, but being lucky feels very good in this game so I don't think inovating the game in this way would be a good thing.

I think they should add objects on the map, like rocks blocking off areas and brush to hide in. Maybe if you arrange your troops in certain patterns you get a small buff. The hex board itself is the most underused part of the game, the only strategies needed for unit placement is "don't let assassins flank your carries" and "Put carries behind tanks".
