Carousel QoL

I searched through the boards a bit and saw some issues others brought up that I definitely agree should/could be fixed, but there is one that I didn't see presented. I'll preface this by saying that I have a wired internet connection and a decent enough internet speed that I don't lag at all in League. During the first carousel draft at the beginning of the game, in every single game, a few champions populate the carousel right away while the rest (the majority) don't appear until several seconds into the draft. This makes it impossible to know what options I have and where to move my sprite. I'll often be assigned a random champion because when the champions do finally show up, the few seconds they give us for the draft aren't enough for me to even take in all my options. I understand AFK and trolling players could make having no time limit problematic, but because decisions are final, it's not hurting anyone to give me a handful of more seconds to make my pick. Please fix this Riot.
