Unable to upvote or downvote threads or comments

Basically what the title says. When I click to upvote or downvote a thread or comment, nothing happens. Am I missing something? Are there requirements to utilize the voting feature?

I'm using Google Chrome. Some of the other comments here mentioned it may be an adblocker issue, so I disabled that for this site. Still wasn't able to up/down vote, so I tried an incognito window and was able to upvote your comment. So it must be some extension I'm using, though I'm not sure which yet. Thank you for such a quick response.

After further investigation, I discovered that once I completely removed my VPN's Chrome extension (not just disabling it), the entire website returned to working order. All is well now. Thank you for your attention, Wuks.

Try disabling ad-blocker for this site. Worked for me. You using firefox by any chance?

Google Chrome, actually. Didn't seem to be my adblocker, but I tried in incognito mode and it worked there, so it must be another extension of mine. Thanks for the suggestion, it lead me closer to fixing my problem.
