Hextech?
Why do they get to disable my zephr and im not able to use it, while they can use it. Hextech is ridiculious.

Ztoka1 votesHmm, I have seen zekes and pretty sure locket proc AFTER the 8 seconds. Thing that sucks is few if any allies will be in adjacent hex when the item becomes active.. Could just be buggy though, as to why I have seen it appear to work. Sort of how GA and Redemption don't work all the time.
