I'd rather it slowed attack speed.

Glacial 2/4/6 Attacks slow enemy attack speed by 15%/30%/45% for 3 seconds.

Infinite chaining stuns is like... huh.. what... have these guys ever played a videogame? The balance is mind boggling.

That could be fair. Rather than a stun, have it be an AS reduction. Then it still serves the purpose of delaying spell casts, but doesn't completely negate an entire team.

i dont think ive ever seen a full glacial team win, atleast not vs me in the final match.

the problem is braum, he can hold your entire team at a standstill while the rest of his team wins.
