TFT Randomness is what makes the game terrible

I rerolled using 50 gold to get Warwick and no Warwick was there. Can their be a bias towards what you are going for? This gamemode is bad because the randomness is what kills the game as you never get what you need and therefore, you lose the game. Too many times have I gotten double 2 stars and a 2 1 star for a champion I'm using and then, they will never be seen for like 7 rounds. The game is fun, but honestly it frustrates the heck out of the player if they get nothing good. This is why the gamemode is an absolute nightmare to play because some other guy gets a 3 star on the 5th round in the game, how do I win against that when not even the game is giving anything I need to me?
