Champion Capsule lost?

So, I leveled up in a game of Aram when the hotfix came out I got the hotfix then leveled up and in the post game screen it shows I got a champion capsule for leveling up

I look in my loot to see no champion capsule at all

I've also heard other people have been having this issue aswell Is my Champion Capsule just gone?

I've reported this as a bug and waited for a while and still riot hasn't done anything
