Terrible first experiance

I dont know how this game works, I thought I did from watching videos, but couldn't do anything. Can you please either add in like a practice tool, or something to understand what is going on.

Also (at least on the mac) the lag was unbearable, maybe I was getting like 5 fps at some times, I am guessing that that will be fixed when it leaved beta. Its not like it is unplayable,

0/10 experience. Wish I never queued up. I can see that the game has potential, but I just dont understand the game.
