needed nerfs

first off, spark needs nerfed. 200 damage to a champ that uses a spell. my level 3 lucian gets killed by using his abilities, how is that a thing? cursed blade needs a nerf, way to many times have i had a level 3 tank with 3 tank items get shot 4 times and goes down to lvl 0. make it so the same champ cant lower level for 3 seconds or something, i understand its RNG and a 25% chance for it to happen, but i see champs drop levels more than 25% of the time. assassins needs a nerf, stupid how a level 3 zed and jump on my team and 1 shot my 3 level 3 carries, and 2 shot my tanks. reduce the healing from BT. i had a lvl 2 draven 1v2 a lvl 3 IE, RFC lucian and lvl 3 trist just because he healed any damage we threw at him. drop it to like 20% heal and a 20% shield or something like that, like the item in the game works. thats all i got for now
