They do not. Spiderlings don't proc item effects. They do however, proc demon buff now.
If you want some insanely entertaining OP shit -- put a rapid firecannon and a titanic hydra on a volibear.
Get 4 brawlers for the +700 health
and put a warmogs on that volibear.
Nuts. I wanted to do Elise/Morellos, but I guess it's not worth. If spiderlings don't proc item effects then all items will be underwhelming on her...
