a ban is placed on an account not a person
the only 2 player bans are on dopa and previously T1 and in both cases riot couldn't keep them from playing the game
But you are free to play there if any of your accs was banned as well, what's the problem?

No. Accounts are banned, not people. To be banned on PBE, he needs to be toxic on his PBE account.
Every1 jumping on the you need honor lv3 too play pbe.. I have 2 account honor 3 and 4.. if either got banned I would still have honornlv3 on 1... I don't play but a hand full of games a week so I'm sure a lot of ppl let alone a youtuber has more than 1 account. This is assuming you get banned on the username of you one account.
So is it really out of the question he has more than 1 account?
