9.15, Normalized item drops?
Help, I can't find the section where items drop rates will be normalized.
So I don't end up with 0 item drops while the very first person I fight already has 6.

I like that they are patching so frequently and paying attention to over/under powered synergies.
But Riot COME ON... NOBODY thinks your RNG of coins versus items is good AT ALL. Getting random items is more than enough to make the game different each time, you don't need to screw people over and have to further rely on carousel RNG. It's just bad design, wake up.
Keep in mind:
NO items = more coins. More coins = early 2 star champions, where the item gainers don't (first three rounds in Coins = 8 more coins= potentially 8 more champs or a couple of rerolls that the item gainers don't have. Can also lead to faster Interest income)
Most early 2 Star Trist/Kass are gained this way.
And after level 3, your level 1 champ chances plummet, so it's really useful towards early 3 star champs.
Imagine if you just didn't get cards in some packs in a CCG draft tournament lol. Every pve round should give the same number of items every time. There's enough rng in this game without having the possibility of getting half as many items as your opponents. And if they have to keep the gold drops, at least have them give more gold ffs.
I had rounds where i got no items in the first pve round. And just 1 item from golems and got 2nd place at the end.
I had games where I had 2 full items (good items) after the first pve round. And ended up in 7th place. I won't mind if they guarantee you get a component in the first pve round for example, but you guys cry would waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to hard about this.
What dont people understand about this game being RNG based? The literal idea of the game is that its highly based on RNG. Asking for the same amount of everything makes no sense at all.
