TFT - New Reroll option to fix RNG problems:

Problem As we all know, it's frustrating to buy 2 champs and then never see a third one again after countless rerolls. Only to sell those champs and have the 3rd pop up immediately after. There should be a way to pay a lot more and have a chance at getting something similar to the comp you want.

Solution: Gamble Reroll In addition to the normal $2 reroll, there is a second button: Gamble Reroll. Cost: $5. Sacrifice a champion to reroll the shop, with a chance that one of the new champions will be from the same origin or class of the one you sacrificed.

Example You drag Garen (Noble/Knight) onto the button. It will use $5, remove garen and reroll the shop. There is now a chance that one of those champs could be a noble champ (garen, lucian, fiora, etc), or a knight champ (garen, mordekaiser, etc).

Balance Obviously price/chance can be modified. It's costlier, may not roll any of that origin class, or may even just roll the same champ you sacrificed. But at least now you have the option to potentially get your desired comp. User choice to gamble for something big or lose it all. It should feel much better than just never get a single champ you want thanks to unlucky RNG.

I don’t think it’s pure RNG, I think they take into consideration what champions you have when determining the likelihood of getting that same champ in your next roll. Making harder to get the 3rd and upgrade. That’s what’s happening when you sell one of the two you’ve been holding onto one pops up the very next roll. I believe the chances of it being there are very low when you have 2 already. I’ve seen it happen way too much for it to be pure coincidence
