Stop adding new champions

Another patch, another 2 new champions. That's 5 new champions within a month. It's noticeably harder to find any particular champ, or multiple copies of anything, to build a comp. The game becomes more and more dependent on RNG.

Stop adding new champs and increasing the randomness! Save new ideas for Set 3. You are destroying the game, turning it into a complete RNG fest where skill is nothing compared to luck.

I definitely agree here. I've found it increasingly difficult to build comps that I want to build, and I am instead forced to rely on what the store gives me in those first three minion fights. That and that alone determines what I will do for the rest of the game. I recall reading some TFT patch notes a while back that mentioned some changes for the "rise of the elements" TFT season were meant to make it harder for players to FORCE comps, but even so- this has crossed the boundary from "players shouldn't be able to force any comp they want without tactful decision making" to "players shouldn't be able to access most comps because our pool of champs is too wide to build anything into the late game".

To be honest, I don't understand the developers of TFT.

They can see from the boards and other feedback, that players like building their 'personal' comp and dislike being totally dependent on RNG.

Thus, the best way to develop the game further is introducing new champions and new comps and meanwhile, introducing the opportunity to buy champions/items you need, for lots of gold, but for sure. So, pure luck and skilled calculation are finally going to be balanced.

Instead of it they add new champs just to increase the feast of RNG. I am very sad about it, because it prevents TFT from being a really nice game, as it promised from its start.

It's fun how the "lunar" thing buffs your whole team, while all other two champions interactions are garbage not worth the effort, except Taliyah-Malphite in late game mages.

I have legit problems making 2 stars unit of certain champions in this new patch, because there are a ton of costs 1, 2 and 3 champions.

Depending on your luck, you can make 2 stars Olaf before you manage to make 2 stars Jax, even if nobody else is going Berserk that game.

They did it in set 1, so it's not going to change. They start off with a small amount and build into a larger field of them as the season goes on.

After a couple of days in 10.1, I can see that my concerns were justified. Going for a non-trivial comp is too risky now. Whoever gets lucky to actually get something strong going with 2-star T3-4 champs usually wins the game. But more often I see those good comps either incomplete or with multiple champs still 1-star. And they lose to something very basic but 3-star (Druids, Oceans, Glacials, Summoners) and run out of HP before they can get reach the point where their comp starts to shine.

The game has regressed from building complex multi-champ, multi-trait interactions to a primitive hyperrolling of T1-3 champs. This is just sad.

I disagree, more champions open up more build paths that isn't just either slotting senna with GA, or rolling azir sivir. I just don't want them to add any more garbage champions. Stand alone, karma blows, and leona is meh. Meant to buff up already existing comps. They need to add new champs to shittier comps to bring them up to be able to actually stand up to the two current meta builds that are making me hate this game. It shouldn't be easy to cash in on a great build, but at the same time 90% of the champion should't be unusable in the meta without extreme limits (like needing a bloody zed/lux for orn to be half ass usefull past 3-1). They should make a 2/4/6 desert buff and add 2 new champions at something like 25 50 90% so that azir sivir cant just blender your ass free of charge if you don't already have mystic+warden+fantastic carry or simply have a thermonuclear stat stick from a high roll.

Point being is that we need more than 4 champions that people have a hard core boner for: Azir, Sivir, senna, lucian with yoric being an honorable mention.

Add more. People get too comfortable when they can do the same build reliably and that makes the game stale. More struggle, infinite struggle.
