If you had to pick one champ as the most underwhelming, who would you pick?
Mine would be Elise. Still kind of useless even after the “buff” that she received. It’s so sad because I always want to run her (since she’s so easy to 3star right now) but man she’s just kinda bad overall.
I don’t even think it’s the meta, even when demon was the op comp I feel like she was always overlooked in favor of Aatrox/Evelynn/Morgana/any other demon.
RekSai for me. Her "combat" speaks for itself.

Her ability is great, sure, but she takes so fucking long to get it off that it doesn't even matter, since she's almost always dead before she manages to cast it.
On Team comps value level, I think it's Twisted Fate. It's replaceable in both pirate and sorcerer, Elise can't be replaced in demon+shapeshifter comps unless you manage to find 2 spatulas which is hard to do. On individuals value level, you can't compare different cost champs to one another. However you can do so if they are the same cost. So my opinion is: Elise (1); Lissandra (2); Kat (3); Brand (4); MF (5).

Graves or TF are pretty bad, even w/ items.. Elise is ok if you invest 3 items on her.. I guess that is almost any champ though.. Except TF/Graves imo.. lol
Graves for me....does absolutely no damage and gets wrecked 1st every fight. I stopped building him....I don't care if I get 4 off the bat....ill go without for a round.
TF imo as his ulti is random one out of 3 possible cards would be nice if he got reworked since nobody plays him, Lissandra is pretty weak to as her dmg is so low even when she is 3 star, Fiora used to be really bad but after the buffs she has second highest attack speed in game and if you put some AS items on her she is decent earlygame
Fiora, unless she fits in a comp she offers nothing as an individual unit
graves, every time i try to make him work i get blasted
