Why do people still run shojin on Akali when seraphs is better?

Akali skill = 25 mana (max)

Spear = 15% of max mana per attack

15% of 25 = 3.75 mana, round up to 4 bonus mana per attack

Seraphs = 20 mana per skill cast

Akali casts skill, gets 20 mana, basically procs skill again.

If she is not taking damage, she procs skill after every normal attack. If she’s taking damage, she procs skill basically non stop.

Try it out for yourself if you don’t believe the potential. Want to really make your opponents mad? Seraphs + rapid fire cannon Akali (I really love her with increased attack range, because it works with her skill). Brutal and people really don’t expect it.
