Legit you put a rageblade on this guy and he 1v9's, compare him to others of the same cost and he clearly stands out

Nah, most of the tier 4's are super solid. Gnar/sol counter him pretty hard (Draven can drop the axes he builds up when displaced) as well as

making him pretty ineffective.
