There's a time and a place for exaggeration...
When you're trying to discuss balance is not the time nor place.
If you're going to make a claim about numbers, you need to provide proof or at least actually be in the ballpark for the real number. But when all you say is, "zomg y rengo do 11,980 damage in 1 W rito pls nerf," you aren't contributing to a discussion.

his ult healing i think doesn't consider AOE so his qs heal for a metric fuckton and with healing amps like spirit the rune and enchanter supports he is invincible during his ult unless you perma lock him and burst him in the cc
