Hes gonna max E and poke you out of lane
Is he in a good matchup? Hes gonna max Q and stack faster
Did you shut him down early game? Hes gonna reach 500 stack by 25 minutes anyway and rape your team

If he maxes E then there is no reason you shouldn't be building a powerspike item that's going to punish him for choosing to be garbage at duels. If you shut him down early and he comes back to carry that means you didn't push your strengths with your team to enhance your lead and closeout early. Having issue with both situations heavily imply that you're in low elo
If he's maxing E, you've already won.
Maxing E just isn't a good move for Nasus (outside of ARAM). The real hassle of playing against him is that even if you do shut him down, you have to spend the entire game babysitting him or he's going to powerfarm/splitpush to a million stacks.
Buy a Mortal Reminder if you're playing a Juggernaut, the carry needs it to kill him so it makes sense that you would too.
A champ with an execute is also great.
