A number of things that could be rebalanced
So, from my experience with the game, there's a few things that need rebalanced, and by quite a bit. Glacial is the first thing that comes to mind, seeing as there is literally no counter to a volibear stunning your entire team every auto. Either change what glacial does, or make it so that units can't be frozen more than once every X seconds. Or hey, even add an item that mitigates it, because from my experience, on hits trigger no matter what your stats are - yordle evasion, dragon magic immunity, doesn't matter, glacial fucks it up.
Shrink, Disarm, Hush - basically every on-hit item needs to be reworked. Hush isn't as bad since it doesn't straight up remove your ability to play the game, but Shrink/Disarm make it nearly impossible to play if (again) they're put on a Volibear. In fact a lot of on hit items are overly strong because of Voli being able to trigger them on an entire team with every auto... maybe either remove his ult triggering onhits or make it so that the chains on it have a much lower chance of triggering the onhits compared to his main target.
On hits with gunslingers are also a little bit excessive at times from what I've seen, and I feel like anything that lets you hit more than one unit and apply on hits should have a lower chance on secondary targets to trigger.
Phantom as well I feel needs a bit of a nerf, while Void, I feel, needs more units to coincide with it early game. Phantom in particular is annoying because if you pair that with spark right now, you pretty much guarantee that your opponent is -1 unit every match. I feel like instead of straight up gutting one random unit, it should be the only synergy in the game that instead applies a debuff like a reduction in attack speed or attack damage.
On an unrelated note, when are we gonna get Riven so we can do Exilemasters and have one of the more popular rivalries put onto a team to taunt eachother?
