I would NOT Recommend doing anything that is against the Terms of Service, also TFT gives the least amount of tokens you would earn more with arams and SR games.

Using a third party macro is considered botting if you're not there and is against ToS. That said, you would only get banned if you get caught, whether or not to risk it is up to you.
