[suggestion] Increase Dodge Penalty if someone dodged in the last 10 sec
I think we all know that guy who dodge in the last second.. Riot should Increase Dodge Penalty to 15 minute penalty if someone dodged in the last 10 sec. Especially in ranked.

They probably wont do that cuz it's too specific but idk
If champ select bugs out, it's most likely to kick them at 0, rather than in the middle, due to them being unable to select something.
They already get a 6 min penalty if they dodged. Increasing to 30 mins on the next dodge I think.
