So some things give you spell damage. What is a spell? Is Garen's spin to win a spell? Is Kha's big mana attack a spell? Is Nidalee's heal a spell? Is Lucian's double attack a spell? Is Vayne's three hit passive a spell?

If it is on the ability bar when you right click on them, it is a spell.
