Hextech chest-like system in TFT

Hello Riot,

I'm really having fun in tft and I play it all the time.I'd like to recommend implementing a system like the weekly hextech chest.For example every week or two you get a tft capsule if you make a win that gives little legend shards and/or orange essence,icons etc.
