The watchLoLEsports link doesn't load

When I go to watch a live game for the mission and click 'OPT IN TO EARN REWARDS FOR WATCHING' it sends me to https://watch.eune.lolesports.com/rewards and it just shows me a gray screen and doesn't load

Same here i click on the link in the client and it send me to a gray page that has nothing on it ?!?
