Nothing in the client loads

Yesterday I could play normally but I didn't have emotes and my collection and loot were not loading.I thought it's from my internet but it wasn't.Later when I tried to log in it said something like 'You can't be logged in right now,please check your internet connection and try again' and the log in screen was gray-ish.Today when I logged in absolutely nothing loads:home,profile,collection,friends,store and I can't even start a game! https://imgur.com/a/vmZRpPb
