I need help. I've tried on my desktop and my laptop and I can't view other peoples teams at all when playing TFT. I've looked at the settings and feel like an idiot not being able to find what must be missing.

I have had the same problem since day one (live servers). Still checking all forums for answers. Lots of people have this bug but I haven't heard of a solution yet. I have lost a lot of games because others can see my board and I can't see theirs. Hotkeys don't switch to other teams either. Tried re-installing, repairing, and adjusting display size. Same result.
