New champion collection is a bad idea

It feels like an entire new game where I have to relearn almost everything. Imagine replacing all champions on SR, same thing.

It took players weeks to learn S2 champion collections, completely replacing it is a fuck you to us players.

If you keep replacing the collection every season, TFT will just be a game like HS, but worst. Players will tired of always re-learning new comps and not play the game mode anymore.

No, rotating the champions is a good idea since there's never going to be a way to represent all 150~ champions in a game that only runs well with about 45-60 pieces existing. That and if a set has bad ideas that are hard to balance (Dragon, Void, Hextech, Phantom) then they can cut them. And Riot has already stated that Set 1 will come back so you'll get to play those comps again.

And frankly you had months to play Set 1 and the last patch barely changed anything before Set 2. Even if you need weeks (I don't know how you can't get a grasp on it with a single week of play or even a good long day of practice) you had many. Just because you learned how to play the meta doesn't mean you should get to play it forever.

Set 2 has major issues that make me hate TFT right now but the fact they rotated the champions isn't one of them.

I feel the opposite.

I think it's pretty refreshing, old meta was getting really stale and restrictive anyway.

If there's anything wrong with set 2, it's not the fact that they changed the units or added the elemental hex mechanic, it's gonna be stuff like double arch angel staff + gunblade Kha'zix.

The first set was horrible, this set have way more options to go which make your choose have an impact.
