It's pretty dumb to call it tactics. I mean not to say it's not at all skill based but there's not much you can do with skill
Choose champs to buy from random list Place the champs on grid Combine the random items you get to champions
As everyone can see the list above is larger by quite a bit.
Basically the game mode is 1 hour slot machine with mild interaction.
That's sad because the game mode would have so great potential to actually be a great and interesting game with huge amounts of diversity.
