When the following things are based on rng = dice roll = luck

Common champion pool Champion store Item amounts dropped Items dropped Who you are matched against each round Most synergy bonuses Most item bonuses Critical strike chance Common draft champions ( altho here you have some freedom of choice ) Common draft items ( altho here you have some freedom of choice ) General Matchmaking

It's pretty dumb to call it tactics. I mean not to say it's not at all skill based but there's not much you can do with skill

Choose champs to buy from random list Place the champs on grid Combine the random items you get to champions

As everyone can see the list above is larger by quite a bit.

Basically the game mode is 1 hour slot machine with mild interaction. That's sad because the game mode would have so great potential to actually be a great and interesting game with huge amounts of diversity.

I have managed to get Noble + Braum + Jinx + some others in 34 of my last 35 games, usually including 2 Star Kayle. I also have managed to get 1-2 Luden's per game, along with Red Buff, and a Cursed Blade, in most of those games.

That's not RNG. That's planning and adapting to what the RNG gives you when, and correctly managing econ.

Some games, I don't even get a Noble in the first 9+ pvp rounds. Sometimes I get Jinx FIRST. But I still GET THERE.

No dood, that's rng.. You just have a nice horseshoe shoved up your ass ;) Really though, I've had so many games give me gold and not items. Nothing you can do there.. 5 of 6 nobles, can't roll/acquire a kayle no matter what.. RNG Start to build something only for RNG to bone me and start to go another direction.. Now w/ added champs there is even less chance to see certain thing because RNG.. Building red buff and cursed blade should be easily doable every game.. Skill plays a part, but if rng is boning you, rng is boning you and you had better just bend over and apply some lube and enjoy it the best you can. Which is what I am doing. I like the mode, despite the heavy rng. Adapting on the fly is a factor, but even doing that, rng is still gonna dictate most of the game/results..

Sorry but consistent performance with the same build says otherwise.

You only need 2-3 relevant items to top 2. Kayle-Less games are about 1 in 30 if you are using your Econ right.

Gold is actually better than items early; I've had games where I am 20 gold right after the first pvp match, and 40 by the first carousel. Once 50, you have a luxury other players do not: Rolling on surplus, rather than base gold. You get that first Leona and Kayle that way. And before you gamble on Kayle, you invest on some other Knight + Braum.

All you need in items: Luden's and Red Buff on Lucian. That's IT. Attack speed items on Jinx are nice, but not NEEDED.

If you can't get 1 belt, 1 armor, 1 tear and 1 staff, something's wrong with your carousel picks.

I've tried to build nobles aswell. The thing is I don't get kayle. I've played over 200 games with different accounts and i've gotten 2 star kayle only 1 time. I mostly try to build nobles. Usually I don't get kayle at all. Your 30 or something games are irrelevant it's 1 person 30 games. Rng is a factor and you are getting lucky.

The reason you don't get Kayle is likely because you econ worse than opponents, and they get level 7-9 before you do, and have capped out gold more than you do. If you want Kayle, you literally need to be rolling for champs at about round 4-5 to round 5, and have level 7-8 at least.

If 2-3 other people have taken a kayle off the table, your chance to draw one has literally been reduced by 1/3.

Literally just last night. 2 Star Panth, Kayle both popped about 3 matches before the end of the game. I was actually losing to #2 a little with just the 1 stars, because he had Shrink, Void knockup, and MF's ult, which was setting off HIS Jinx's skill before I could set mine off.

Again this morning. Both 2 Star Kayle and Panth. Same exact team build. The other teams got Kayle First. However, their econ was garbage from buying 3-4 star champs and risking some rolls.
