Why a tier 2 unit has more power than almost any tier 3-5 unit ? OK, I will reformulate: why Yasuo is so cheap for his potential ?
So we have to not put items on carry because of Yasuo ? This is much worse than 2 hextech.
It's about only 2 stars Yasuo, not to mention 3 stars. RIOT decreased Yasuo's level from 5 to 2, but not his power.

Is it OK to stop a ranger that cost 4 golds with yasuo that cost 2 golds ? Players re-rolls a huge amount of golds to barely upgrade their 4 tier units and finally 2 stars cheap Yasuo delete them.
BTW you mentioned rangers are OP but 6 mages are not ? No, because you climbed to D3 playing only 6 mages. Also assassins delete rangers.

First, there will be no patch because season 3 is coming soon. Second, if rangers are OP than 6 mages, 6 lights, 6 shadow are very OP too.
