For everyone complaining about Hextech

This unit type is for the people who start the first 3 rounds with NO items or LESS items than other players. I have had more than my fair share of matches where i get nothing but gold in the loot rounds, like an absurd amount of games where everyone in the game has more items than me and I am stuck with a single completed items and 3 gold or no items and 7 gold which is deemed useless due to losing the first 3 rounds (I net -3 gold due to the first 3 losses potentially) these games are more than likely met with a loss due to my items are set back (apparently I should get my items back later on in the game but I dont reach them), no victory gold (you get +1 just for winning) and my loss streak gold will not start until my fourth while win streaks are 2 wins so ont he final rounds before first draft pick (which is after the second draft pick) round and all due to the fact that I am out itemed.

This also is a deterrent from 3 stacking a unit. From my perspective I think this is awesome typing. It has a bear bones feel to it and levels the playing field for the unfortunate.

oh lemme check if there is a requirement to have less items than your opponent or to be at a disadvantage to play 2 hextechs....oh wait! there isn't!

8 seconds is still too long for 2 units.

This is actually the worst argument I've seen. So if the RNG gods gave me 2 full items that I put on a carry, and gave you 6 across multiple carries then your Hextech will help "even it out"? Your 6 items and Hextech just double punished me for bad RNG. Top that off with the fact that it's intended purpose was to shut down single unit item stacking, but it completely ruins unit placement, removing the chess aspect. Corner placing your team isn't even an option anymore.

The 2 unit buff is so over the top broken that I see it squeezed into almost every comp, so Hextech vs Hextech the person with more items still wins in most cases. You're only looking at this from 1 exact perspective of "I got no items, they got all the items, I'm running Hextech, and the other 7 aren't". I haven't seen that ridiculous scenario play out a single time yet. The reality is that everyone runs the shit, it adds another layer to an already RNG heavy shit sandwich, and it double penalizes people who get less items.

Dude...... even if the player with 0 items take the path the player that got lucky and got 3 items from first one and than another 2 from third wave can also go Hextech does it sound ballanced to you now?

Imagine guy with Hextech + item 3172 + item 3137 item 3137 + some carry with item 3124 + item 3046 and maybe some other items like disarm hush and such.

Could you write one for people who whine about poor writing?
