Current Balance Issues

Draven, Pyke, Gnar, Cho, Sej and stacking AP effected items with 6 sorcerer (aegis and friends) are all really strong right now. A lot of these are aoe cc effects that are just effect a really large area. I think the strength of these characters would make sense where they are at tier 5, but they are iffy at tier 4. The half a second reduction on Pykes cc currently on the PBE is not enough either. He is tier 2, he needs to be backed way off where he is. Maybe something like his spell effects 1/2/3 people he dashes through based off his star level? Making it so characters can't wear 2 of the same item might help with some issues we see right now as well.
