Please make the number of items received from neutral rounds static

If you’ve read the patch notes for PBE you might think this is already happening, but instead it has changed to being that you are guaranteed an item on certain rounds, but you can still get more, just not less. Also, having full items in the carousel doesn’t feel too bad, but it would be nice to see them show up on the lowest tier champions in a given carousel to lessen the difference. Rng is inherent to these types of games, and they can remain competitive with the right amount of smart rng (fairish rng?), but this type of rng isn’t fun and takes away from the competitiveness of individual matches.

I agree everyone needs to receive the same amount of items per round. I just got out of a game where dragon and the loot round before gave no items. I ended up getting second place still despite that. The player that won had so many completed items which made such a difference in out teams. If I could have got literally any item it could have made that much of a difference.
