unless yer going crystal hes got no use when you compare him to even most 1 cost. He cant gain mana while shielded but things like olaf can be cc immune have built in attack speed and healing and have broken game breaking why haven't you removed the bullshit yet berserker and glacial. Or lucian whose ult needs to have half the duration and not apply on hit effects to be balanced

The attack speed buff he gets while shielded is amazing not only that, any unit that has a shield gets more use out of warmogs because it gives the unit a chance to regen. Only problem is, as a tank, he's really hard to get to that 3 star position due to him being a 1 cost unit...
