Miss % on yordle 
is way too high and late game fights become my team hitting AIR and them steamrolling everything.

Edit: wouldn't be that bad if I could get Rapidfire Cannon 
so I have a guaranteed hit chance BUT, item RNG exists and recurve bow 
is the most contested item in the game. Please balance a little better so that getting a chain vest 
doesn't suck too bad.

Play smart. Lose early so you get to pick first.
That doesn't mean you have to take the maximum amount of damage, but you can arrange your team so it's slightly weaker than others.
Maybe 6 Yordle is a little too strong, but I think it needs to be pretty strong considering how hard it is to get it. First, you need to be at least level 6, and then you have to accumulate a Tier 4 and 3 Tier 3 champions. And, if you don't want to completely melt, At least some of them need to be Silvers. Plus, what you're doing is very visible to everyone who bothers to look at your board, since you'll most likely have a leveled Tristana and several yordles on your bench or on the field, so anyone who's paying attention should start buying up Gnars and Veigars even if they don't need them, just to slow you down.
If you manage to get a Yordle team together despite all those hurdles, the reward for doing so should be very substantial.
yordles have no real bonus with eachother other than that dodge, which can be bypassed with abilities and rfc..... and besides if you think 60% dodge on yordles is bad try a team with shen giving surrounding allies 100% dodge.....
