Gnar isn't interacting with Relic Shield and Targon's Brace like he's supposed to

When Gnar hits minions he doesn't get the execute when the minions are 200 health of less. To activate the effect you have to last hit the minions and this is super annoying if you're trying to support as the cute little steroid user Hope you Rito guys and gals see this.
