[CLIENT] Game Froze On Load Screen

I'm a MAC user, I have a 2014 Macbook Air and I'm running the patch 5.19.15_09_25_18_39 . Ive been experiencing a lot of in game crashes lately and sometimes my load screen would go dark after a few seconds of loading and say connection error. In this instance it was loading perfectly fine until I noticed nothing was moving. I force quit the game window and pressed reconnect on the client to get back into the game. This made me get in the Rift late and effectively cost us the game and gave me AFk Status :/ pls fix this, I play literally everyday and these things have been plaguing me since the new patch came out about a week ago.
