When will there be a match history to go back and look at previously played games? When will they implement a "Shop" to look at what items turn into which items? Also champion combinations? When will the voice be fixed?
You can use the "shop" on an external website or just hover your items over each other and see what they combine into and what they do.
Knowing what champions do and which class/origins they belong to will come with time.

I can't answer the rest, except if by voice you mean getting kicked if you lose while playing with a group, I was no longer being kicked today while I was doing it.
