Viktor will be 5 years old soon...So why does he only have 3 skins.
Viktor has 3 skins with only 2 available to buy. For a champion almost 5 years old this seems woefully low.

My little brother is an aspiring 3d artist, and sometimes reskins his league champs as practice. I asked him to do a Viktor skin, being that I only play Viktor. Apparently it's riddled with pieces, and not so much fun to change.
Maybe Riot's lazy? :P They don't stick with design plans or philosophies for long periods of time, which might indicate "we do what I feel like" management. And if I can't get my little brother trying to break out into the field of 3d modelling to reskin something I'm obsessed with, then I could totally believe the staff doesn't want to put in the effort, either.
It's a shame, cos' Viktor has so much more potential than other characters for fun, lore-friendly skins. Or even weird, zany ones in which he shoots, iunno, silly string out've his hand.
