Inferno Quick Fix
I still find inferno to be this weird in between of under balanced and yet still overpowered. A character dealing more damage than the initial spell or crit to characters other than the target, as well as by the third spell with 6 inferno half the board is unavoidable damage makes no sense.
Have it be a 5 second damage tick, to the target who took the damage, and unless they take a larger damage source from an inferno to start the proc over they only burn for that much and for that duration. It would be easier to balance the damage % because its a single target type ability, characters like brand with a multi-target ability become more useful as well and it allows more design freedom in the future with various character abilities.
