Riots LP gains for TFT

Anyone who is familiar with Riots ranked system knows it is already trash. But why are we getting 30LP for 1st, 23LP for 2nd, 6LP for 3rd place TFT and 0 (Zero) LP for a 4th place and then losing anywhere from 23LP for 5th to upwards of 75lp Lose for 8th? It should be even through out the ranks. Meaning you gain the same and lose the same fro 1st and 8th and work your way down to the middle.... this is what makes people not want to play ranked at all and stick to norms. Please, just one time, fix your ranked system. And keep whoever does the ranked system away from your knew games coming out. TY - sincerely the entire community.

It would only be the same if everyone in the game is at the exact same MMR.

If you are gaining less for 1st than 8th, it means that the expectation is that you are more likely to get a 1st place than an 8th place. Getting one of each is playing below expectations and you should drop.

The good news is that your rank is relative to other players. If you are getting an imbalance in LP gains and losses, then so is everyone else at your MMR. All you have to do to move up is play better than them. Even if you don't gain LP and they lose, you still move up.
