Literally no excuse, it doesn't matter how much they spend or how much they buy. Whether it's 5 players or 5 billion players there should be no issue whatsoever. Apex Legends was launched under the expectations that it was going to be a financial disaster, they spent next to nothing on it. Yet it was able to have millions of players log in with zero que or wait time. So how is it that a billion dollar company with thousands of employees literally only working on ONE game can't manage something they knew was going to happen and even tested on the PBE
