Maybe because we don't need more nobles The lvl 6 Noble buff is kinda really op And to get it you need to get all of the nobles So putting Camille in as noble would make that easier Most likely
Because she's Hextech? I mean, she could be Noble+Hextech+Blademaster, but that would bring the number of Nobles up to 7. She's also a Tier 1 unit.
Because "Noble = Demacia", they way they put it. Like "Imperial = Noxus".
I don’t believe Piltover works on a noble system, I think they are a more city state
Kayle is indeed Demacian, Leona has ties there, but I'm not sure if she is Demacian in the lore.
