Febos3 votesBecause she's Hextech? I mean, she could be Noble+Hextech+Blademaster, but that would bring the number of Nobles up to 7. She's also a Tier 1 unit.

not sure about Leona but Kayle's completely Demacian, she and Morgana grew up in Demacia, and Kayle's armour is of Demacian design
