Tired of immediately losing in Teamfight Tactics

I get it, it's supposed to be random.

But when a player has 5 items to my 0 because the game refuses to give me anything at all, then there's no point in me playing at all. Tired of players winning because they get 4 item components at the start of the game, whereas I don't get a god damn thing.
