As in, 200% instead of 100% of mitigation.

Illabethe1 votesTechnically, yes. But, it wouldn't be as powerful as adding other items. Raw defense as damage mitigation is weaker than Dragon Tooth, or more frequent Skill procs on shielding champions like Braum/Kass, or Phantom Dancer
