There is apparently no MMR. Queue times are universally instantaneous.

I think that there might be... but that would imply that I have a match history somewhere...

Where is my match history?

How can they even consider a ranked mode without match history?

There was an MMR in place since the first day it launched.

It's not visible but it's there. I.e. they posted the MMR of PBE players some time ago.
