Games are decided too quick with the new box system

I see more people with 8 champs now during mid game. Every game i got a Spatula from a rare box, so i think more Force of nature are in in a game, result in much more damage to a lost. By the way, does anyone seen how Neeko's help looks like? It's supposed to dropped from common box but i haven't got one in the last 5 games.
