Idea for minion dematerialization

I heard Riot is looking into this rune. Here is my thinking. This rune seems to support pushing. Currently, we already have 2 pushing items for tank (zzrot portal and banner of command) which i think is abundance. Why dont we remake this rune as banner of command: every 5 minutes grant you a banner of courage. Banner of courage: heal half of maximum health for a minion or allied summoned monster (tiber, ghoul, voidling) and grant them additional effect:

• melee minion: increase armor and mr
• range minion: increase range
• siege minion: increase damage vs building
• allied monster: increase attack speed. This way more champ can use it, not neccessarily tank. You can even bring it if your team have many summoner champ(annie, zyra, hei) and be used in ascension map where there is no minion. I also think that rune items like this (biscuit, minion dematerialization) should not have a maximum limit but there is a certain interval (like get one every 3 minutes) so they can be useful late game.
