ranked needs to be solo q only

3 of my last 4 games had 3 stacks in it and they were clearly working together. almost every carousel I saw groups picking champs that they didn't need with bad items only to insta sell the champ. also throughout the game I saw all of them holding onto 1 gold champs they had no need for to block myself and the other solo players from having a better chance at making 3 tier units.
