at some point other roles but adc have ot matter

dear riot do u have plans to make it so that if your adc sucks but the rest of your team is better you can win games that go longer then 20 mins. currently if other teams adc is good or not even good just doesn't suck when your does you most likely lose cuz the position and its item are over buffed due to about 10 reasons. crit to strong on ranged champs, shields to strong, adcs having to much burst, tanks doing no damage, divers sucking the list goe son and on
